size

Size of array

S = size(A)

  • It returns the size vector of A.

[s1, s2, ..., sn] = size(A)

  • n is the number of dimensions of A. s1, s2, ..., sn are the lengths of the 1st, 2nd, ..., n-th dimension of A, respectively.

sk = size(A, k)

  • k should be a positive integer. sk is the length of A's k-th dimension. If k exceeds the number of dimensions of A, sk will be 1.
