Probability density function for normal distribution

### normpdf(x)

• It returns the PDF of the standard normal distribution evaluated at elements of x.

### normpdf(x,mu)

• The input arrays mu and x should have the same sizes. They contain, respectively, means of the PDFs being evaluated, and x values at which the PDFs are evaluated. The standard deviations are assumed to be 1.
• If one of the inputs is a scalar, it would be expanded to match the size of the other input.

### normpdf(x, mu, sigma)

• The input arrays mu, sigma and x should have the same sizes. They contain, respectively, means and standard deviations of the PDFs being evaluated, and x values at which the PDFs are evaluated.
• If one of the inputs is a scalar, it would be expanded to match the size of the other input.
• It returns NaN for negative elements of sigma.
